Welcome to Tedalal. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tedalal mobile application and website. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

Tedalal is a digital marketplace and booking platform that connects users with third-party service providers such as salons, gyms, wellness centers, and medical service providers in Qatar.

Tedalal does not own, operate, or provide any listed services. Tedalal’s role is strictly limited to facilitating discovery and booking between users and service providers.

2. Service Responsibility Disclaimer

All services listed on Tedalal are provided by independent third-party businesses.The service provider is solely responsible for:

• 1. Service quality
• 2. Duration and execution
• 3. Pricing accuracy
• 4. Hygiene, safety, and compliance
• 5. Staff conduct and customer experience

Tedalal does not guarantee or take responsibility for any service delivered by a provider.

3. Booking & Platform Usage

Users can browse, compare, and book services through the platform. A confirmed booking represents a direct agreement between the user and the service provider. Tedalal is not a party to the service agreement.Users agree to use the platform:

• 1. For lawful purposes only
• 2. Without misuse, fraud, or abuse of bookings

4. Booking Fee (Mandatory)

A non-negotiable booking fee of QAR 10 is charged on every confirmed booking.This fee is:

• 1. Charged by Tedalal
• 2. Independent of the service provider’s pricing
• 3. Applicable to all bookings made through the platform

5. Payments & Refund Policy

5.1 Booking Fee Refund

The QAR 10 booking fee is only refundable if:

• The service provider cancels the confirmed booking

The booking fee is non-refundable if:

• The user cancels
• The user does not show up
• The service is completed

5.2 Advance Payments to Service Providers

Any advance payment made toward a service provider is:

• Paid directly for the service
• Outside Tedalal’s control and responsibility

Refunds for such payments:

• Are solely decided by the service provider
• Must be processed by the provider
• Follow the provider’s own policies and timelines

Tedalal is not liable for:

• Refund delays
• Refund denials
• Disputes related to advance payment

6. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service provider.

Users are encouraged to review provider-specific policies before booking.

Tedalal is not responsible for:

• Provider cancellation penalties
• User no-show consequences

7. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity under their account

Any misuse or suspicious activity may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent termination

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Tedalal including:

• Logos
• Branding
• App design
• Visual assets

Are owned or licensed by Tedalal and cannot be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tedalal is not liable for:

• Service dissatisfaction
• Incorrect service details listed by providers
• Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by providers
• Any injury, loss, or damage during or after service
• Payment disputes between users and providers
• Technical errors or app downtime

Tedalal acts only as a facilitator, not a service provider.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding services must be resolved directly with the service provider.

Tedalal may assist in communication but holds no obligation to enforce resolutions.

11. Termination of Access

Tedalal reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Restrict access to the platform

If users:

• Violate terms
• Abuse the platform
• Engage in fraudulent behavior

12. Changes to Terms

Tedalal may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
